I always had a passion for Health and Fitness. My greatest inspiration was my grandfather who lived up to 96yrs of age. He passed away during his sleep. He was an example of longevity and health to me. The fact that he never smoked, ate little sugar and never drank alcohol, as far as I know, was always a reminder of how some good habits can really reward you with a long and generally healthy life. Being very active, he never really wanted to retire. He carried on well beyond his 70's and into his 80's with the same routine.
I want to live beyond my 90's too, don’t you? - healthy and free from the serious problems such as Heart Disease, Stroke, Diabetes, Arthritis or High Blood Pressure, that fall so heavily upon the world’s population today. This is achievable, and I have not only taught people how to strive for it, but also how to improve whatever condition they might already suffer from.
For this, like I do to myself, I take my philosophy to my clients too.
My work is based on achieving and maintaining optimum health and preventing diseases.
I keep myself absolutely tuned in with the latest researches in the field of nutrition, and the biochemistry interaction of nutrients with our bodies.
Weight Loss is another very rewarding part of my work. I have helped many people to achieve their healthy weight while restoring their confidence and self love. This is for me one of the greatest rewards I can get from my work. It is an absolute joy to be able to help clients to not only feel good and recuperate their health, but to love themselves again.
All this come by teaching them the importance of a well balanced diet and life style, while helping them to implement it with my unique approach to it.
My sessions are not only focused on Nutrition, but I cover Exercise, Sleep, Heart Health or Disease Prevention, Strokes, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Hormone Health and Supplementation. All that with a touch of counselling and therapy when necessary. Those are the biggest health worries and unfortunately killers of the modern society today.
My clients usually become my friends, as trust is an absolute requirement for the success of my work.
I take great pride in what I do, and although some people end up giving up on themselves, I never give up on them as long as I see a way.

I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
