Marc's approach to nutrition and training was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I had been training a couple of times a week for a while and eating healthily (or so I thought). However, having lost some of my excess weight I had reached a plateau and felt tired and stressed most of the time. I knew I needed to make some changes but I didn't know where to start on my own. 

 

Marc helped me by

changes not only with my training (with a mixture of strength training and cardio exercise) but to my diet and lifestyle. My weight 73.2kg,  and BMI 22.8 are now at a healthy level and my body composition is much improved.

Over the course of my life I’ve been a member of many gyms, however, I never managed to reach my goals or even come close, then I met Marc and everything changed.

 

At first I was very sceptical about personal training, I didn’t think that I needed it, a fact I was clearly wrong about judging by the many years that I had wasted pottering around in the gym.

 

When I first met Marc I wasn’t very fit and was out of shape but most importantly, I was at the stage in my life where I really wanted to do something about it, so that’s exactly what I did!

Marc helped push me past the boundaries that I had created

and within a few short months I

had lost weight, built muscle and

I was feeling much fitter, faster

and stronger than I had ever

before.

He taught me  how to perform exercise with good form to avoid

injuries.  He helped me with my diet and I soon learned what and when to eat and slowly my lifestyle started to change.

 

 At 43 years old, 2st(14kg) lighter and 12.7% body fat, a I’m feeling and looking great and I know for a fact that I wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for Marc’s  guidance.

For the past 6 years, I have been working with Marc on my fitness and nutrition. Whether it is an intense ski trip, a beach holiday, hiking or just a tough time in the office in the middle of winter in London, I have always been super fit and toned and feeling great.
